Important information before you start:

In accordance with regulations and our commercial policy, you have a period of 30 days from the receipt of your parcel to change your mind.

• Return costs: Transport costs for the return of goods remain your responsibility.
• Product condition: Items must be returned new, unused, and complete. Any diminished value (product soiled or damaged on site) will be subject to a financial deduction after inspection by our logistics center.
• Exclusion: Custom-made products are not eligible for the right of withdrawal.
