Description

The noise barrier tarpaulin acts as a real noise reduction system, allowing a noise reduction of 17 db.


Designed with the best sound insulation materials, it limits noise pollution from construction sites but also from terraces, bars, and all places where noise is present. “Sound insulation, noise attenuation, noise reduction” are recurring subjects, in a context where noise standards are increasingly restrictive. THE ACOUSTIC TARP AS AN EFFECTIVE AND LONG-LASTING ANTI-NOISE SYSTEM


The 1,20x2 m blue acoustic tarpaulin is a “mattress” made from three layers of materials. It consists of an external face in 680g/m² PVC tarpaulin, an interior lining in fiberglass fabric, and an internal face in 500g/m² PVC grid. The total mass of this 610AC acoustic tarpaulin is 1.6 kg/m². A peripheral hem and eyelets every 500mm complete this tarpaulin to allow optimal fixation. All dimensions offered are optimal for use on HERAS construction site barriers. The lifespan of this real noise-reduction system is more than 10 years thanks to the use of noble, high-end materials.



DID YOU KNOW ?


This acoustic tarpaulin has been tested and certified at a level of Rw 17 DB. However, giving a fixed value is always difficult since it depends on the conditions of use and the type of sound source. This is why for certain sound sources the noise attenuation can go up to 25 db.
